Abdleghani Al Shamali and co. Auditing Bureau "ASAB" has been established since 1994 by a group of professional consultants and business leaders, with a vision to provide Palestinian Community with best and exceptional auditing and consulting services in the fields of assurance and auditing services, strategic management, financial management, business plan,  production management, feasibility studies and project evaluation according to the international practices.

This is according to a study made by Deloite – USA during 2001 as a part of Accounting and Auditing Sector Program financed by USAID. The study aimed to review the annual reports of the Palestinian Companies listed at the Palestinian Stock Exchange Market on accordance of International Accounting Standards. Beit Al Mal Company (one of our audited clients) was the first of top three companies complying to IAS in preparing its Financial Statements.
